Case Study: Engineering Chocolate Mixing Process

The Project

One of our customers needed to manufacture a chocolate bar with inclusions. Premier Forrester worked to understand the client’s needs and offered expert advice on the expansion of their system.

While the initial enquiry was for a chocolate mould machine, the project scope was increased to include moulds, depositing and a feeder mix system.

The Solution

The final process engineering solution was the delivery of a Trikno AG KCM Nuti depositor over the customers existing third-party line, which is fed by a bespoke feeder mixing system.

Three Gravimetric feeders supply a continuous mixer, and a custom control system ensures the system integrates with site chocolate supply and the depositing line.
